Teas – I always feel depressed on my birthdays. So now every year I plan a fun trip or make sure I’m busy on tgat day. It does help. I think it has something to do with the amount of pressure that is put on us to re-evaluate all the things that we have done/ not done, on our solar return.
Sarah, this is a great idea – thank you! Your comment is making me think I might start a tradition of going to a day spa every year on my birthday. I’m pretty sure that will help immensely.
