I resonated so much with the discussion of how it’s possible to follow or admire folks on the New Age path for some of their work while also respectfully disagreeing with certain political or philosophical viewpoints. I recently had a mentor share personal beliefs with me that alarmed me after genuinely helping me through a lot of trauma. It threw me into a bit of a tailspin. It’s helpful to know that I’m not alone in this, and that I don’t have to “throw the baby out with the bath water.” The all-or-nothing part of me wants to either accept or reject everything, though that’s probably not necessary or helpful. Thanks as always for your open and honest discussion of these topics!
This is such a nice comment to receive, thank you! And thank you for listening. We are also grateful. 🙂
